A: MyRxPal Business is a pharmacy commerce and engagement platform for pharmacies to connect with retail customers. The application is divided into three modules: Rx Commerce, Rx Engagement and Rx Inventory.
In the Rx Commerce module, pharmacies can publish retail drug prices and offer exclusive discounts to customers via our RxPon Vouchers, for customers to lock in savings. You are in control of campaigns and pricing.
In the Rx Engagement module, pharmacies can receive customer refill requests, transfer requests and bookable appointments. Additional features allow pharmacies to receive customer price requests and chat.
In the Rx Inventory module, pharmacies can maintain their perpetual drug inventory. You can receive inventory, dispose inventory and perform audits.
