Q: How to create a new campaign?
A: You create campaigns to sell RxPon Vouchers for customers to purchase and redeem at your pharmacy. From the Rx Engagement module, navigate to the 'Tools' menu, then select 'Campaign Manager' to view. In the Campaign Manager, you can view your existing campaigns in table format. You can create new campaigns from scratch, copying a template and/or copying another campaign. To create a new campaign, follow these steps:
1. Click on the plus button from the campaign manager page.
2. You can select either to create new campaign from scratch or copy from an existing admin managed template.
To start from scratch:
1. Enter the campaign name. Try to keep a unique name so you will remember later when you apply it to your drug list.
2. Select the voucher quantity. This is the total number of RxPon vouchers you want to sell. It is not particular to any medication.
3. Select the price discount percentage. You can select from 2% to 95% off your retail price.
4. Choose if you want to offer a promotional price. By enabling this, you can set an additional promotional discount for a specified period. You must enter the discount percentage amount and start/end dates. Keep in mind, these dates cannot exceed your campaign duration.
5. Enter the campaign duration. You can select from 7 days to 180 days or custom fill start/end dates. Remember, if you specified a promotional price in step 4, those dates cannot exceed the date range entered in this step.
6. Select the arrival window duration, also known as the RxPon Voucher expiration date. This will be the date the RxPon Voucher expires after customer purchases online. For example, if you select 30 days, the RxPon Voucher will expire 30 days from date of purchase.
7. Select a wait period. You can choose from 0 to 7 days. A wait period will restrict the purchaser of an RxPon Voucher to wait a specified time prior to redemption. For example, a 1 day wait period means that your customer must wait at least 1 day after purchasing to redeem the voucher.
8. Choose status. By default all status is active unless you select inactive. You can change the status at any time.
9. Save your campaign by clicking 'Save' button in top right corner. After saving, it will appear in your campaign manager.
To copy from an existing template:
1. Click on 'use template' and you will see a display of campaign name and details.
2. Select the appropriate campaign by clicking on "use this."
3. Enter campaign name. Try to keep a unique name so you will remember later when you apply it to your drug list.
4. Parameters for quantity, pricing, duration and campaign restrictions will display default values. You may keep or change any of these values.
5. Choose status. By default all status is active unless you select inactive. You can change the status at any time.
6. Save your campaign by clicking 'Save' button in top right corner. After saving, it will appear in your campaign manager.
To copy from an existing campaign:
1. From the campaign table, under 'Actions' column, click on the ellipses, then the copy link.
2. Enter the new RxPon campaign name. Try to keep a unique name so you will remember later when you apply it to your drug list.
3. Parameters for quantity, pricing, duration and campaign restrictions will display default values. You may keep or change any of these values.
4. You can enable copying of all medications from the original source campaign. By selecting this, the drugs attached to the source campaign that you copied from will now be attached to the new campaign.
5. If medications are copied over, you can select to make the source campaign inactive if copying when it was active status.
6. Choose status. By default all status is active unless you select inactive. You can change the status at any time.
7. Save your campaign by clicking 'Save' button in top right corner. After saving, it will appear in your campaign manager.
